In September we released our custom audiences tool to let marketers reach their current customers with relevant ads on Facebook. We know that many businesses also work with third party partners to enhance their online and offline marketing in order to show more relevant ads. Today we are expanding custom audiences to allow businesses to work with select third parties, Datalogix, Epsilon, Acxiom, and BlueKai.
For example, an auto dealer may want to customize an offer to people who are likely to be in the market for a new car. To do this many businesses work with third party companies to better understand who might be in the market for a new car.
With today’s updates we will allow businesses to do the same thing through our custom audiences tool in ways that are consistent with our commitments to protect people’s privacy. Read more on Facebook Studio and on our Privacy Page.
