Today we’re releasing the October issue of Facebook Stories, “Virality.”
This month’s video features Daniel Cui, a student and soccer goalie from a California high school. After Cui became the scapegoat for a losing season, more than 100 students changed their profile pictures to a photo of Cui making a save. With newfound confidence, Cui returned the next season to play the game of his life and lead his team to a win.
The site also features essays from photographer Trey Ratcliff on the power of images as communication, and Buzzfeed CEO Jonah Peretti on how to make something go viral.
